Lauren is a qualified Psychologist who uses her experience from working in a wide range of social settings to enhance her treatment style. 

Lauren has extensive experience working with high school aged children, professional athletes, in corporate settings, within the not-for-profit sector and is an experienced workplace trainer.  ​

Her treatment experience includes depression, grief and loss, anxiety, significant trauma and relationship counselling.

Mona is a dedicated psychologist with significant experience in supporting clients across various age groups who have faced a wide range of mental health challenges and traumatic experiences, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and neurodivergent disorders.

Mona completed her Bachelor of Psychology with Honors and subsequently pursued a Master of Counselling. She skilfully applies therapeutic approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).

Mona's deep commitment is rooted in her client-centred approach, where she prioritizes the progress and well-being of her clients in her therapeutic practice. In addition to English, Mona is proficient in both Farsi and Dari.

 
 
 

Eliza Doumakis

Eliza is a provisional psychologist who has just completed a Master of Professional Psychology.  She has experience working with clients across the lifespan and aims to provide a safe and comforting space to work collaboratively and non-judgmentally through her client’s difficulties.

Eliza uses evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Client-centred Therapy to help clients struggling with a range of mental health issues including, but not limited to anxiety and depression.

Eliza also has an interest and experience in assessments, as she believes they provide invaluable information for making appropriate recommendations for those who may require further support.

 
 
 

Caley Redstall

Caley has experience in delivering therapeutic support to individuals across the lifespan with a range of presenting concerns. Her area of interest is working with adolescents and young adults to address their concerns through a strengths-based and collaborative approach.

Caley adopts a warm and empathetic approach to her practice to ensure clients feel accepted, safe, and valued without judgement. She respects the courage it takes to seek professional help, and value client’s individual differences and preferences within therapy.  

Caley uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness techniques to equip clients with strategies and tools that can be transferred from the therapy room to day-to-day life.

Gabi has experience in delivering therapeutic support to individuals across the lifespan. She has a special interest in working with adolescents and adults and has experience supporting individuals with a range of concerns. These include mood and anxiety disorders, stress and adjustment issues, obsessive-compulsive disorders and trauma.

Gabi uses a client-centred approach and draws upon a range of evidence-based interventions including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy.

Gabi aims to provide a safe environment for individuals to gain a greater understanding of themselves so that they are empowered to make positive changes in their lives. 

 
 
 

Greg Troup

Greg is a registered clinical psychologist with over 30 years of experience. He has a special interest in chronic health conditions, including chronic pain. He has a strong interest in clinical hypnosis to treat a variety of presentations, as well as CBT, ACT, Schema therapy and EMDR.

A warm, non-judgmental approach is the key to helping his clients talk about life challenges and come to a helpful course of action. Currently seeing clients from primary school age, to adults, through to the elderly.

 
 
 

Cathy Fowler

Cathy is a strong advocate for breaking down social taboos surrounding mental health. The personal mental health journey can be isolating, and the individual can often feel alone, unaccepted and excluded. Her aim is to understand individuals concerns and legitimise their experiences, creating an environment where they feel safe, can express their needs and identify goals. Cathy’s focus is on creating a strong therapeutic alliance, resulting in a tailored treatment plan.


Cathy has a particular interest in grief, loss and trauma, and also working with anxiety, depression and life changes/transitions. She currently works with individuals across the lifespan (15+ years).


Cathy provides her clients unconditional acceptance and the space in which they can express themselves freely. Her aim is to work in collaboration her clients so their mental health journey is shared.

Genevieve Abbott

Genevieve has experience using a variety of evidence based therapeutic techniques and tailors her approach to the individual needs of her clients.

Genevieve works primarily with adults and has experience with a variety of different presentations including anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, personality disorders and trauma.

Genevieve aims to provide a respectful and safe environment that is conducive to helping clients gain a greater understanding of themselves and their environment while empowering them to develop effective skills to help improve their well-being.

Emily is a registered Psychologist with a keen interest in working with a range of clients across the lifespan, with divergent cultural backgrounds and gender diverse individuals.

Emily has experience working with a variety of presentations such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, sleep disturbances, relationship issues, anger management, stress and high functioning autism. She has also worked with individuals with disabilities.

Emily utilizes a holistic approach adopting a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental method approach to therapy, primarily implementing evidence-based interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness Techniques.

Jessie Smith

Jessie has experience in delivering support to children, adolescents and adults. She has previously worked in therapeutic roles across schools, youth and community mental health, forensic and family violence services. Jessie has also provided volunteer support for international, not for profit agencies.

Jessie adapts her practice to the goals of each person and also draws on techniques from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness and the development of self-compassion.

Jessie believes in taking a warm, empathetic, trauma-informed and holistic approach to therapy. She works together with clients to build a safe, trusting therapeutic relationship to improve their overall wellbeing. 

Erin Serong

Erin has worked in a variety of settings including private practice, youth and community mental health. She welcomes referrals for young people (16yo+) and adults.

Erin has experience supporting people presenting to therapy with a range of concerns including low self-esteem, emotion management, stress and adjustment, mood and anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorders, & trauma. She draws from a range of evidence-based therapies including; Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Schema Therapy, and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy.

Erin is a thoughtful and empathic therapist. She is passionate about providing people with a safe space to explore their experiences, foster deeper self-understanding, and to draw on their inner strengths & evidence-based therapies so that they can fulfil their innate potential and live a life that they consider most meaningful.

Chantelle is a psychologist who has experience providing therapeutic support across the lifespan, especially assisting children, adolescents and families - helping with depression, anxiety, stress, alcohol and other drug (AOD) issues, relationship difficulties, conflict resolution and self-esteem. She has prior experience working in AOD, clinical, mobile/home and school settings. 

Chantelle works with a client focus, tailoring her approach to the client's beliefs, attitudes, insight and developmental stage. She hopes to build a genuine therapeutic relationship - seeing this as a essential component to making positive changes.

Chantelle is passionate about helping clients overcome significant hardships and instilling hope for the future.

Graeme Lamont

Graeme has practiced in the field for over fifteen years in the areas of Clinical Mental Health, Child & Adolescent Mental Health, Alcohol & Other Drugs, and Disability Services.  

Graeme works with children, adolescents and adults and has experience in working with complex and severe cases.

Graeme specializes in the area of dual diagnosis (i.e. co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders). He is also well-versed and experienced in numerous psycho-therapeutic approaches; including (but not limited to) Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, Motivational Enhancement Therapy (MET), Hedonic Psychology / Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Existential Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.

Morgan Cree

Morgan is a clinical psychologist with a background in behaviour therapy. She has experience working in a number of environments including child and adult mental health, early intervention for children with autism spectrum disorder, behaviour support and schools. 

Her wide range of experience has lead her to develop an individualised and flexible person centered approach to psychological practice. 

Morgan has experience with a number of presentations including anxiety, depression, trauma, general life changes and supportive counseling. In addition she also has extensive experience working with children with Autism Spectrum disorder and general behavioural difficulties. 

Morgan is open and honest with all clients and aims for clients to feel supported in order to promote a positive therapeutic experience.

She has also worked with individuals with disabilities and the carers of such.

Sophie adapts her practice to the goals of each person whilst drawing on techniques from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness and the development of self-compassion. Above all Sophie is open and honest with all clients and aims for clients to feel supported in their therapeutic journey.
