Caley Redstall

Caley has experience in delivering therapeutic support to individuals across the lifespan with a range of presenting concerns. Her area of interest is working with adolescents and young adults to address their concerns through a strengths-based and collaborative approach.

Caley adopts a warm and empathetic approach to her practice to ensure clients feel accepted, safe, and valued without judgement. She respects the courage it takes to seek professional help, and value client’s individual differences and preferences within therapy.  

Caley uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness techniques to equip clients with strategies and tools that can be transferred from the therapy room to day-to-day life.

 
 

Kaitlyn Amendola

Psychologist

Kaitlyn has experience with people across the lifespan, supporting individuals who have experienced difficulties with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), stress, trauma, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), perfectionism, phobias and more. She has extensive experience with both children and adults. Kaitlyn aims to provide a safe and nurturing space for all of her clients, and work alongside them in a collaborative manner towards reaching their therapeutic goals and needs.

With a background in supporting clients experiencing a range of behavioural, social, and emotional challenges, Kaitlyn brings a warm, gentle nature and person- centred approach to her work with clients. She aims to encourage clients to focus on their strengths in order to reach their goals and has a strong focus on evidence- based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness-Based Interventions.

 
 

Sophie Clark

Provisional Psychologist

Sophie is a registered Provisional Psychologist with a warm and empathetic approach.

Sophie has substantial experience working with clients on a range of concerns including low self-esteem, mood and anxiety disorders, alcohol & other drug use, sleep disturbances, relationship issues, anger management and stress. She has also worked with individuals with disabilities and the carers of such.

Sophie adapts her practice to the goals of each person whilst drawing on techniques from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness and the development of self-compassion. Above all Sophie is open and honest with all clients and aims for clients to feel supported in their therapeutic journey.

 
 

Nadia Ha

Psychologist ​​

Nadia is a registered psychologist who works collaboratively alongside her clients to determine an appropriate course of action to best support their individual needs. Her eclectic treatment style utilises evidence-based approaches from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Schema Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.

Nadia works primarily with adolescents and adults presenting with (but not limited to) socio-emotional difficulties (e.g., stress, anxiety, depression), social/peer conflict, relationship/adjustment issues, skills training, and academic/work-related concerns.

She is inclusive of supporting clients in their individual goals and welcomes assisting people from diverse backgrounds. She aims to facilitate a safe environment where clients feel empowered in their approach to apply a solution-focussed approach in improving their quality of life.
