Nadia is our part-time admin boss based at Doncaster. When she is not handling booking, billing and session enquiries for our Doncaster clinic, Nadia is busy completing her Masters in psychology, there’s nothing this girl cannot do!

Kim is our part-time admin hero based at Doncaster. Not only does she support our psych team, handle booking, billing and session enquiries for our Doncaster clinics clients, Kim is also completing her degree in psychology!
Finlay
Narre Warren
Finlay is a part time admin wizard at our Narre Warren clinic. She handles all bookings, billing and session enquiries for all our Narre clients as well as support our fabulous psych team. Finlay is also completing her honours year in psychology! As they say, if you want something done, ask a busy person!

Emily manages all the day-to-day at each one of our clinics and locations. She works tirelessly in the background to make sure all our team have everything they need and the clinics are all running smoothly. Emily is the absolute master of a calendar and getting things done!

Chloe manages our social media content, updates appointment availability and our blog posts. She works creatively in the background to make sure all our online content is accessible and supports our online community.
Selena
Operations Manager

Selena manages our general operations. She works closely with Emily, Chloe, our CEO and Senior clinicians to ensure that the business is running smoothly and all our clinicians and clinics are supported. She also manages our website, photographs our new team members and team events, and many other back of house tasks that pop up as the business grows.
