Caitlin is a Registered Psychologist with a background in both mental health and the education setting. She works with adults presenting with diverse problems, including Anxiety and Panic Disorders, Obsessive-Compulsive disorders, Stress, Family Violence, Depression, Grief and Relationship difficulties.
Caitlin uses a warm, compassionate, and non-judgemental approach. Working collaboratively, Caitlin tailors her approach to best fit each individuals’ unique challenges and preferences. She believes that therapy is useful for building insight and personal growth which empowers individuals to develop helpful skills and strategies for wellbeing. Caitlin draws on a variety of frameworks such as; Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, Solution-focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and Mindfulness based approaches.
Caitlin believes that therapy is useful to everyone and aims to de-stigmatise help-seeking.

Nikki has over thirteen years experience working with adults in community services between mental health, disability, and alcohol and other drug services. She believes strongly in an empowering, person centred approach, and working collaboratively with her clients.
She is experienced in treating a range of mental health conditions including mood disorders, anxiety disorders and trauma-based presentations, with particular expertise treating borderline personality disorder/traits, comorbid substance use and mental health conditions, in addition to treating people with forensic histories. Nikki engages a variety of therapeutic styles, ranging from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Schema Therapy, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).
Nikki has a direct therapeutic style which is always combined with a strong sense of empathy and compassion. She is passionate about treating people using evidence-based approaches from all aspects of life, especially those who have complex needs.
