Date reviewed: 19/11/21

1. Physical distancing and prevention

  • 1.5m social distancing maintained in all rooms including waiting areas

  • Telehealth appointments available for those who are feeling unwell, are close contacts, are waiting a COVID-19 test result, unvaccinated or have had single dose.

  • If a therapist is unwell or needs to isolate, appointments will be changed to Telehealth or rescheduled

2. Face Masks

  • Face masks to be used in accordance with current Victorian health guidelines

3. Hygiene and Cleaning

  • Hand sanitiser available in all rooms and waiting areas

  • Regular cleaning/sanitising schedules in place for all common areas and touch points. Therapists are responsible for cleaning/sanitising touch points in rooms between appointments, and administration staff are responsible for cleaning/sanitising common areas.

4. Record Keeping

  • Appropriate communications signage, QR codes and check in systems in place at entry point in each location.

  • Manual check-in forms on hand for those without smartphones

  • Check-ins to be monitored by admin staff and individual therapists.

  • All staff and therapists trained to facilitate the use of the Victorian Government QR code service app.

  • Where check-in is not able to be used due to confidentiality reasons such as drug, alcohol or family violence, Graham Psychology will notify the client directly in the event of a positive covid case at one of our locations.

  • In the event of a positive case at one of our clinics; the site will close and all appointments will be either rescheduled or made via Telehealth by therapists isolating and working from home. The clinic will notify the Department of Health, undergo a deep clean and reopen when cleared to do so. All staff and therapists will be required to submit a negative COVID-19 test before returning on-site.

5. Enclosed spaces and ventilation

  • Windows and air conditioning will be set for optimum air flow at each location where possible.

  • All staff and therapists will only be on-site if they are free of any COVID-19 symptoms and have not been in contact with a confirmed case or directed to quarantine or isolate.

6. Workforce bubbles

  • Calendar systems are in place to monitor levels of staff, therapists and clients at each location to ensure density limits are adhered to.

  • Records are kept for any staff or therapists working across multiple premises.

Our therapists working inside centres such as Healthmint, Keys Medical Centre and Waterman Business centre may have additional covid safety measure in place.
