How can I tap into my intuition/inner knowing?

Some tips and tricks to dive deep into your own thoughts:

  • Find time to be silent and still

  • Observe your environment. This will help you to find relationships between objects and people, similarities, and coincidences in your environment

  • Let go of negative emotions. The more positive your mood, the better intuitive choices you can make

  • Pay attention to your dreams. Dreams can provide valuable information and learnings that we often cannot access when we're awake

  • Connect with others to fine tune your ability to feel and pick up on other’s intentions, thoughts, and feelings. This can help to strengthen your intuition

  • Be open to feeling. Your body can provide you with signs that inform if something is "off" or "really clear"
